What this site is
Amarillo Concrete Pumping is a quote-request and referral service. You send us the details of a concrete pour, and we pass them to independent pumping operators who may quote you. We don’t own pumps, employ operators or perform any pumping or concrete work. By using the site you accept these terms.
Operators are independent
Operators are separate businesses, not our employees or agents. Each operator is responsible for its own work, equipment, operators, insurance, licences, permits and safety on your site. We don’t inspect or certify them. Ask for what you need, such as a certificate of insurance, before you book.
Quotes and contracts
A quote or booking is an agreement between you and the operator. We aren’t a party to it and can’t change it, enforce it or refund you under it. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a pump or a price. Any estimate or cost factor we describe is general information, not a quote.
No guarantees
We don’t guarantee that an operator will reply, that a pump will be available on your date, what it will cost or how the work will turn out. Response times and prices are set by the operators.
General information only
Guidance on the site, including boom reach figures, the reach finder, yardage examples and site checklists, is general and approximate. It is not engineering, safety or legal advice. Your contractor, engineer and the operator decide pump size, setup, mix and safe practice for your pour.
Your request
Give accurate details and only send a request you are entitled to make. You agree that we may pass it to operators as described in the privacy notice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for the acts or omissions of any operator, for delays or cancellations, for damage to property or concrete work, or for loss of money or time arising from a pour you arrange through operators who reached you through this site. The site and its information are provided as they are, without warranties. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
