Who this covers

Amarillo Concrete Pumping is a quote-request service. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website, WhatsApp or email, so you can decide what to share.

What the form collects

The quote form asks for the following, and only job type, job site and the amount of concrete are required:

• The pour: job type, amount of concrete, pump type, distance to the far edge of the pour and where the truck will set up.
• The schedule: planned date, expected pump time and whether you need an operator.
• You: name, company, phone, email and any notes you type.

When you submit, the form also sends the address of the page you submitted from, the first page you landed on during that visit and the site that referred you, if any. Your browser keeps the last two in session storage until you close the tab. We use them to see which pages lead to requests.

How it is sent and stored

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that turns the submission into an email to our inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission on our behalf and has its own privacy terms. We keep requests in that inbox only as long as we need them to pass them on and to answer questions, and we delete them when they are no longer useful.

Who we share it with

We share your request with independent pumping operators who cover your job site, so they can quote you. That is the purpose of the service. Once an operator has your details, they handle them under their own practices, and you can ask them how.

We don’t sell your details and we don’t send them to advertisers or data brokers.

WhatsApp and email

If you use the WhatsApp or email buttons, your message goes through WhatsApp (Meta) or your own email provider, under their terms. We read what you send and pass the job details to operators the same way as a form request.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. At the time of writing it runs no analytics service. If we add one, such as Google Analytics, we will say so here first. Pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete a request, use the email button at the bottom of any page and say what you sent and when. We will delete it from our inbox and tell you if it already went to an operator, so you can ask them too. We can’t delete what an operator or a service such as WhatsApp holds.

Please don’t send payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information. The form doesn’t need them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
