How Amarillo pump quotes work
You describe the pour once. Independent pumping operators who cover the site quote you directly, and you book with the one you choose.
Who we are
Amarillo Concrete Pumping is a quote-request service, also called a referral service. We take your pour details and pass them to independent local pumping operators. We don’t own pumps, employ operators, set prices or do the pumping.
The operators are separate businesses. We don’t inspect their trucks or check their paperwork, so the checks below are yours to make. What we do is save you the phone round: one request instead of calling around, and quotes that come straight from the people who would run the pump.
What we do
- Take your pour details through the form, WhatsApp or email.
- Pass them to independent operators who work around the job site.
- Leave pricing, scheduling and the contract to you and the operator.
What we don’t do
- Own, rent or run pump trucks.
- Set or guarantee a price, a date or a reply time.
- Take part in the pour or answer for it.
The four steps
From the form to a booked pump. Most of the work is in step one: the more exact the request, the firmer the quote.
-
Job type, site and yards are required. Reach, access, date and notes help operators price it firmly. Prefer WhatsApp or email? Send the same details there.
-
Your request goes to independent operators who work around the job site. Outlying towns may only reach operators willing to make the trip.
-
They contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email with pump size, availability, minimum and price, and may ask about the setup spot or the mix.
-
Pick the quote you want, or none. Confirm start time, setup spot and washout with that operator. The contract is between the two of you.
Check before you book
- Certificate of insurance. Ask the operator for one, especially if your GC or owner requires it on site.
- Truck and operator. Ask for the boom size or pump model and the operator named on the quote.
- Minimum and travel. What the minimum covers, when the clock starts, and what the trip to your site adds.
- Washout. Where the pump and mixers wash out, and who arranges it.
- Cancellation and weather. The terms if wind, rain or a late mixer moves the pour.
Quote request questions
Is there a fee to request a quote?
We don’t charge you for sending a request. Any price is in the operator’s quote, so read what it includes before you accept.
Do I have to accept a quote?
No. Compare what comes back and book the one you want, or none. The booking is a contract between you and the operator.
Who is responsible for the work?
The operator you book. They run the pump, carry their own insurance and answer for the work. We pass the request on and are not a party to your booking.
How fast will operators reply?
Replies depend on each operator’s schedule, so we don’t promise a time. A complete request, with yards, reach, access and date, is easier to answer quickly. If the pour is soon, say so in the notes.
